    The CCR was founded in 2020 to coordinate and unite all the resources and activities on climate resilience research, knowledge and action at the University of Augsburg. Based on interdisciplinary research, the CCR aims to develop holistic and feasible strategies for adapting to climate change.

    Alongside the CCR, other researchers from the University of Augsburg, particularly researchers at the Environmental Science Center (WZU) and the Centre for Interdisciplinary Health Research (CIHR), are involved as tandem partners in supervising BRaVE doctoral candidates.
